Keoni Calantas serves as a senior biologist/project manager​​ with more than 9 years of consulting experience, including a wide range of project types and environmental issues within southern California. He has experience as a contributing author for CEQA-level documents of multiple projects within his career. Keoni is experienced in writing complete biological analyses from existing conditions to impact analysis and mitigation strategies for both public and private-sector clients. Additionally, Keoni is versed in project management and can coordinate teams of technical specialists and senior scientists to ensure a project’s compliance with state and local regulations. Keoni also helps lead proposal efforts for the biology team. Keoni is certified CRAM practitioner and also is authorized to survey and monitor for flat-tailed horned lizards.
