Travis Whitney serves as senior ecologist and regulatory specialist for RBC. He holds a B.A. in natural resource and environmental geography and has over 15 years of combined experience in local government and environmental consulting and his work includes biological resource-based analyses for public infrastructure, habitat restoration, and mitigation projects throughout southern California. Travis leads wetland delineations; aquatic permitting; and habitat restoration, mitigation, and monitoring efforts. His project management experience includes the coordination of multi-disciplinary technical specialist teams; and interfacing with client and resource agency representatives to ensure federal, state, and local regulation compliance. Travis is a certified California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM) practitioner and is dedicated to preserving, conserving, and expanding biodiversity within our natural world and improving workforce diversity within the environmental field.
