Travis Whitney serves as senior ecologist and regulatory specialist for RBC. He holds a B.A. in natural resourceand environmental geography and has over 15 years of combined experience in local governmentand environmental consulting and his work includes biological resource-basedanalyses for public infrastructure, habitat restoration, and mitigationprojects throughout southern California. Travis leads wetland delineations;aquatic permitting; and habitat restoration, mitigation, and monitoring efforts. His project management experience includes the coordination ofmulti-disciplinary technical specialist teams; and interfacing with client and resource agency representatives to ensure federal, state, and local regulationcompliance. Travis is a certified California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM)practitioner and is dedicated to preserving, conserving, and expanding biodiversity within our natural world and improving workforce diversity withinthe environmental field.
